PAYMENT OF FEES

All fees are in NZD exclusive of GST. Payment can be made by MasterCard or Visa (3% surcharge), or you can request an invoice to organise a bank transfer. Unfortunately we do not accept America Express (AMEX).

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat via info@braininjuryconference.nz.

Cancellations received:

1. Before 5pm on Wednesday 13 January 2027 will incur a NZD $150 cancellation fee.
2. After the date referred to in point 1. but before 5pm on Wednesday 10 February 2027, you are entitled to 50% refund of monies actually received;
3. After the date referred to in point 2. there are no entitlement to a refund.

INSURANCE

The conference organising committee strongly recommends that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the conference. The Conference cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.

Please note that this event is being managed by Will Organise Pty Ltd (ABN 84 606 495 381). The information you provide when you submit your personal information will be collected by Will Organise Pty Ltd and will be shared with the other participants in the event, as set in our privacy collection statement, privacy policy and specific consents.
